From Movies and TV we have been given the idea that Hypnosis is some kind of “Mind Control”.

Actually it is about YOU taking back control of those parts of your life that seem to have gotten out of control.

Hypnosis is a natural process to achieve a state of mind in which your subconscious is more receptive to positive suggestion, insight and releasing negative feelings.

Hypnosis is not something that is done TO YOU but really it is a skill that you can develop. The hypnotist is the GUIDE that helps you to get to that state of hypnosis.

Once you learn how to enter the Hypnotic state you can, and should, use the skill regularly for self improvement.

The Hypnotic state is actually a very natural state that we enter into several times per day.

You probably don’t realize that you enter into hypnotic state when you are engrossed in a hobby, daydreaming or captivated by a movie or reading a book.
